A 3-hour choreography training designed to push your physical and artistic limits. As someone who’s always been a smaller dancer, I learned to build strength and energy that transcends size. This workshop focuses on that. Through technical training, choreography, and guided journaling, we will also explore musicality, individuality, and character. Recommended for intermediate+, open to all levels.
