Shipping & delivery

Ready-to-ship items: Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, with UPS dispatch scheduled for Mondays and Fridays. Actual time to dispatch depends on when you place your order.

Estimated transit after dispatch: West Coast 2–3 business days; East Coast 4–5 business days. Delivery windows are estimates. International shipping is currently unavailable.

Future preorders: Each preorder item will have an estimated shipment window before checkout. If fulfillment is delayed beyond the promised timeframe, we'll communicate available options, including cancellation/refund where required.

Returns, exchanges & cancellations

Due to limited releases, purchases are generally final sale for changes of mind. Routine size exchanges are not guaranteed, so please review measurements before ordering.

This policy does not restrict rights and remedies required by law for defective, damaged, incorrect or undelivered merchandise, or qualifying delayed shipments.

Damaged, incorrect or missing orders

Damaged or incorrect arrival: Please email info@jordanscates.com within 14 days when possible with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Marked delivered but missing: Check the delivery location and contact us. We can help investigate with UPS and resolve the matter as appropriate.
