MVMT Certified – Training Program, Event, & Experience Policies

Refund & Transfer Policy

All registration fees for events hosted by Jordan Scates dba MVMT Certified, including but not limited to The Takeover Intensive, are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to:

  • Another eligible participant, or

  • A future MVMT Certified event.

Transfer requests must:

  • Be submitted in writing to mvmtcertified@gmail.com

  • Be received no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the event

  • Be subject to approval and availability

Requests submitted less than 24 hours before the event will not be accepted. After that deadline, all sales are final and non-transferable.

In Case of Event Cancellation

If the event is canceled by Jordan Scates dba MVMT Certified, participants will receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Media

By attending any event, participants (and their guardians, if under 18) agree to allow themselves/their child to be photographed and/or recorded during MVMT Certified events. These images and videos may be used by Jordan Scates dba MVMT Certified for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes.for promotional materials, social media, and event-related content.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Processing & Delivery Times

  • All orders ship via UPS within 1–2 business days.

  • West Coast: Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days

  • East Coast: Estimated delivery in 4–5 business days

  • Orders are fulfilled on Mondays and Fridays

  • Pre-ordered items may take 8–10 business days to ship

  • International shipping is currently unavailable

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but your package hasn't arrived:

  • Contact us at mvmtcertified@gmail.com

  • We’ll file a claim with UPS. If approved, a replacement will be issued

  • Refunds are not issued for lost packages

  • If the claim process is not completed, the order will be marked as fulfilled and closed

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Final Sale Policy
All items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged
Damaged Items

  • Report damages within 14 days of delivery

  • Contact: mvmtcertified@gmail.com

  • Approved claims will receive a replacement, based on item availability

Return Process for Damaged Items

  • Contact us before sending any returns

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused

  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided

  • Items must be unworn and unaltered

  • Heavily worn or altered items may be denied or incur a restocking fee

  • Returns without prior approval may be eligible for store credit minus a restocking fee

By enrolling in any Youth MVMT Training Co. offering, you agree to the following:

You will respect instructors, staff, and other participants.

You will not share proprietary training materials or session content outside the program.

Youth MVMT Training Co. reserves the right to remove participants who violate community standards or disrupt the safety of the space, with no refund.

Enrollment is non-transferable without written approval.

All scheduling, educator changes, and training modifications are subject to adjustment.
