What is it?
This 3-week training series gives dancers the chance to learn three exclusive choreography pieces…one each week…with dedicated time to refine, clean, and deepen their performance quality. Each session blends choreography with foundation and technique work to help dancers move with more clarity, intention, and confidence.
Throughout the series, dancers will:
learn and train three original choreography pieces
refine details through cleaning, notes, and drills
receive personalized feedback tailored to their goals
strengthen technique, foundation, and execution in an applied way
Understand the ability to balance an explosive full-out with power and strength while retaining stamina.
Recommended for beginner/intermediate Dancers Ages 16+

We dive into the first choreography piece, focusing on building a strong foundation and understanding the movement language for the series.
You’ll train in:
• Foundational and technical preparation to support the piece
• Choreography breakdown and musicality
• Style, texture, and control -
Week 2
You’ll learn the second choreography piece while leveling up execution, intention, and performance quality.
You’ll train in:
• Foundational and technical preparation to support the piece
• Choreography learning and refinement
• Dynamics, clarity, and transitions
• Confidence and performance intention -
Week 3
This week introduces the third choreography piece while reinforcing retention and cleaning across all material learned so far.
You’ll train in:
• Foundational and technical preparation
• Musical intention and texture consistency
• Stamina, retention, and transitions between pieces -
Week 4
You’ll learn the final choreography piece and bring all four works together with confidence, consistency, and ownership.
You’ll train in:
• Foundational and technical preparation to support the piece
• Final choreography learning
• Performance quality and projection
• Confidence, consistency, and ownership
