Shipping & Delivery

Processing & Delivery Times

  • All orders ship via UPS within 1–2 business days.

  • West Coast: Arrives in 2–3 business days

  • East Coast: Arrives in 4–5 business days

  • Orders ship every Monday and Friday

  • International shipping is currently unavailable

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked "delivered" but hasn’t arrived:

  • Contact: clothingbyscates@gmail.com

  • We will file a claim on your behalf. If approved, a replacement will be sent.

  • Refunds are not issued for lost packages.

  • If you do not complete the claim process, it will be considered a confirmed delivery.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Final Sale Policy

  • All items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

  • Refunds are only offered if the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items

  • Report damages within 14 days of delivery

  • Approved claims will receive a replacement

Return Process for Damaged Items

  • Contact us first — unauthorized returns may be refused

  • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions

  • Items must be unworn and unaltered

  • Heavily worn or altered items may be denied or incur a restocking fee

  • Returns without prior approval may only receive store credit minus a restocking fee
