Workshop Overview
A two-day Beginner/Intermediate training experience designed to strengthen technical and foundational skills. Across both sessions, dancers will engage in targeted exercises, explore stylistic origins, and learn choreography …all with a focus on clarity, control, and intentional movement development.
Join a 3-hour training workshop for beginner and intermediate dancers. The session includes a full-body warm-up, technical and foundational work with open-floor and across-the-floor exercises, and focused choreography time. The class is designed to strengthen fundamentals while building confidence, control, and performance quality…while keeping raw energy and expression.

Workshop Overview
A 3-hour choreography-focused training experience designed to challenge and refine your execution. Dancers will build stamina, strengthen performance quality, and develop intentional energy management throughout the session.
Geared toward Intermediate/Advanced dancers, but open to all who are ready to push themselves and train with focus.
Studio entry details will be sent out the day before or the day of the workshop or class.
