This 3-hour choreography-based training workshop is designed for intermediate and advanced dancers ready to be challenged physically, mentally, and artistically.
Dancers will learn a full performance piece over the course of the session while diving into technical detail, performance power, musical clarity, and stamina management. Foundational training is intentionally woven throughout to support versatility and adaptability across styles.
After years of training and performing in the professional dance space, this workshop brings that level of challenge and expectation to the Bay Area — pushing dancers to move with precision, confidence, and presence.
